👷‍♂️ About the role

We are looking for a hands-on team leader for our maintenance and technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our barns and technical systems operate optimally. Through your practical maintenance work and coaching leadership, you will ensure that our facilities are always in top condition. You contribute to a safe and well-functioning environment for both animals, staff, and production.

The work involves travel between our barns and close collaboration with animal caretakers and other staff.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Decide on technical measures in consultation with the production manager

• Lead, develop, and coach the maintenance and technical team

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance in the barns

• Troubleshooting, repair, and installation of equipment and technical systems

• Document completed work accurately

• Participate in the development of routines and improvements

🧰 Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience

• Many years of experience in operations and maintenance, both electrical and mechanical systems

• Experience from chicken barn or agricultural environments is an advantage

• Knowledge of ventilation and climate systems, preferably SKOV, is an advantage

• Driver's license B

• Good computer skills

• Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, English is an advantage

🕒 Working hours

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 07:00 - 16:00

• The position may include on-call duty

• Overtime may occur
